What inspired Funky Belly?
The Ageing Population and Animals. Funky Belly is built on creating awareness for the ageing population and animals- and the greeting cards site (future product development) is a starting point to highlight this.
How did you come up with the name of the company?
We love the word FUNKY & BELLY so ta-da! π
What is a typical day for the Funky Belly Family?
A lot of giggles at our desk with lots of cats, dogs and chicks fights behind the scene!
What are the biggest challenges of creating these funny and quirky cards?
Oh my! Drawing the illustrations needs alot of time and efforts as each illustration needs to portray the funny interaction between human and animals. Each character delivers messages through sarcasm, goofy humour; therefore, making it funny.
What is the most rewarding part of the work?
When someone tells us they love our work and the sense of social responsibilities we are doing which Funky Belly is passionate about.
What are your company's core values?
Our cards reflect and support our mission to create awareness for the ageing population and animals.
What are the long term goals for Funky Belly?
At the heart of the project is charity. Working together with organizations to bring awareness as well as making money to feed the Funky Belly family! π€©
